We start with using a sophisticated online hiring application process. This application includes specific personality and skills assessments geared for different job roles, like Resident Care Specialist or Life Enrichment Director or Dining Services Specialist.

After we select employees that have the skill set, experience, and innate strengths that will make them both satisfied and successful in their role, we make sure our team members have the tools they need to succeed. We have a strong commitment to continuous learning and opportunities for growth.

For our Resident Care Specialists, we start with comprehensive New Employee Orientation that addresses all aspects of providing great care. We use a combination of in-person training and eLearning to deliver orientation and ongoing training as outlined by our nationally recognized Safe Harbor Program.
