Part of our job is seeing that your loved one receives comprehensive necessary medical attention. Our nursing staff works with your loved one's personal physicians to ensure the best care plan possible. We work with all diagnoses, from cardiovascular conditions to the need for dialysis, colostomies or catheters, and much more. Our nursing team has developed a comprehensive diabetes care program that includes exercise, dietary modifications, eye and foot care monitoring and regular lab work, including HbA1c. We care for people who are insulin dependent, including those managing their diabetes using sliding scale insulin administration. Additionally, we partner with home health agencies, physical and occupational therapists, hospice, and medical equipment suppliers.
