Everyone needs to take time for themselves. Full and part-time Harbor team members begin accruing Paid Time Off from the first day of employment. PTO can be taken for personal use including vacation, holidays and sickness. Your available balance appears right on your paycheck. Once again, we understand that balancing work and life is important to success and happiness. We encourage you to use your PTO!

Harbor House has a 401K retirement plan. Team members are eligible to contribute money to a 401K retirement fund of their control. The money is taken out of paychecks pre-taxes to best ensure the increase of income and plans for the future. We also accept 401K rollovers from your current plan so you can manage all of your retirement funds in one plan. Harbor House also contributes to your account and matches up to 3% of your salary each year. Stay with Harbor House for three years or more (once you are here the time will fly by) and the matching funds are yours to keep.
